Nutrition this is the act or process of nourishing especially wiht food.
When we eat or drink something it has a content of nutrients. Especially in eating vegetables, it has a full set of vitamins A, B, C, and E. This nutrients help our body in becoming healthy and also helps us in avoiding diseases like fever and cough. This diseases make our body impairs it functions. We also need a regular exercise everyday to dovelop our endurance. Also a clean and organize surroundings. In having a surrounding like this it helps us avoid mosquitos. Mosquito is a bloodsucking insects. This insects carries bacteria like the Denge also known as "Backbone Fever" and Malaria, this diseases may kill an individual.
Doing the adove avtivities they may prevent the disease that can make us sick. People can be aware of the importance of proper nutrition through reading, watching, hearing from the radio and a proper authorities like doctors, teachers, nutritionist, parents and others.
